Director of Business Development

We are seeking a strong leader to join our team!

Responsibilities
  • Develop vision for identifying and optimizing business development channels

  • Manage team of individuals responsible for recruitment and partner management duties that directly result in increased new customers and revenue through partnership channels

  • Develop operating processes within team and across functional organizations

  • Develop partnership offerings based on relationship requirements

  • Work with partners directly as oversight and escalation point to address issues and ensure success

  • Establish metrics for operating performance as well as competitive positioning

  • Accountable for overall partnership satisfaction, retention and revenue growth

  • Provide input to product management for future product features and innovation

  • Work closely with marketing and sales team to develop appropriate messaging, collateral and presentation material

  • Manage partner portal development, partner on-boarding process, and partner communication process

  • Participating within the sales department to maintain and/or improve its efficiency, standard of service and overall success

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of sales / partnership / business development management experience

  • Extensive business to business, software as a service industry experience

  • Designed, delivered and managed partnership programs (for a software company)

  • Experience in online / mobile / email marketingx

  • Successful track record of exceeding quantitative goals relative to partner acquisition, retention, growth, customer/partnership satisfaction and revenue

  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills

  • BS or BA degree required

Marketing Optimizer

The company is seeking an experienced Marketing Optimizer who will work as part of the Marketing department creating, implementing and optimizing new marketing campaigns for our GoMobile365.com brands.

Responsibilities

You will have campaign marketing and customer acquisition responsibilities from the start. The successful candidate will have the ability to be creative, innovative and immediately contribute in the following areas:

  • Successfully create, coordinate, implement and optimize new marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Display Media (banner ads), Paid Search, Social Media and Print

  • Successfully pitch and promote new marketing campaign concepts; both internally and externally

  • Work with subject matter experts, in-house and remotely, to create relevant content and campaign messaging for small businesses and for Internet savvy marketing professionals

  • Continually create new copy and content within our existing brand guidelines for GoMobile365.com

  • Support vendor management for Paid Search, Display Media and Affiliate channels

  • Coordinate and manage the creation and launch of new marketing campaigns with internal and external design and development teams

Requirements

The successful candidate will have many of the following technical & professional skills and work history:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an Internet, 'direct response' environment

  • Experience working with marketing budgets of $200K-$500K or more

  • The ability to write and efficiently proof professional marketing copy or content

  • A working knowledge of successful SEM (Paid Search) campaign testing and optimization

  • A successful working knowledge of successful Display Media (banner ad) campaign testing and optimization

  • A working knowledge of A/B campaign testing and/or multi-variant testing in a direct response driven environment

  • An thorough understanding of web analytics software and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI's)

  • Excellent analytical, written, oral and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead as a peer; and as a supervisor (not required)

  • Experience leading and facilitating creative and marketing meetings

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with marketing statistical analysis methodologies

  • Demonstrated ability using MS Office, especially Excel

Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist

The Company is seeking an HR Recruiter/Generalist. This individual will have a variety of responsibilities which cover recruiting, administrative and generalist roles.

Responsibilities

Recruiting

  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and a good knowledge of all specialized functions in the company as well as policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

  • Work with hiring managers to determine specific needs of each position

  • Ability to analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's resume, conduct a personal interview, and determine the suitability of the applicant for employment, which may include background reference checks, prior employment references, transcripts, etc. to gain adequate information on which to base a selection decision taking into consideration previous experience, education, etc.

  • In cases where an applicant is judged unqualified, tactfully turn the applicant away.

  • Schedule all interviews

  • Act as liaison with employment agencies

  • Post jobs to all posting sites

  • Maintain employee Referral record

  • Complete weekly report on employment activity and maintain Employment Variance Report

HR Generalist/Events Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Keep up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing of health, employment, and insurance forms, when required.

  • Notifying the department of employee's starting date and the requisition the employee is filling.

  • Filing of HR documentation in personnel files

  • Maintaining and promoting a Volunteer force

  • Coordinate company events

  • Backup for payroll

Knowledge and skills:

This position requires an extremely perceptive person and independent worker who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the individual must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.

Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills are also required. A sense of urgency is a must!

Education and work Experience:

Bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a technology environment.
